Enterprise Solution

The SKOOR Enterprise Solution delivers proactive end-to-end management of service and process models and is available or designed as follows:

  • On-Premise = Enterprise solution implemented within the company’s own IT infrastructure, managed by the company’s own IT team, or as
  • Managed Service = Enterprise solution (implemented within the company’s own IT infrastructure), managed by SKOOR GmbH’s IT team according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Unlimited number of dashboards per application

 

The price depends not least on the scope of license usage, the desired services, and the implementation. This varies individually depending on the company.

Online Service

The SKOOR software as an online service primarily focuses on presenting, condensing, and graphically presenting relevant business information (SKOOR Dashboard as a Service = SDaaS) on any end devices:

  • No implementation required (= immediate start after initial setup possible). Since each user can directly upload their relevant data (e.g., from Excel reports) online, the dashboard is generated shortly afterward and access is granted via a browser.
  • A usage fee is applicable for each dashboard
  • Highest standards regarding data security

For the online solution, there is the basic model, which can be supplemented with the additional modules “Statistics” or “Real-time”.

Terms of Use for the Online Solution are available upon request.

  • (Short-term) Optimization of area-specific and relevant business information
